Are you new and want to make an appointment? Register first.
Are you a patient? You can make an appointment in three ways.
1. Call
When you call us, you can immediately schedule a day and time with one of the receptionists.
2. Fill out the contact form
Please indicate the day and time you would like an appointment. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm the appointment.
3. Mailing is of course also possible
